Activity Description

A local cleanup event dedicated to World Cleanup Day was held in Rize Municipality. Participants included the Rize Provincial Directorate of National Education, 5th-grade students from Fatih Secondary School, the “Let’s Do It Türkiye” Rize team, and personnel from Rize Municipality. A garbage collection was organized at İslampaşa Seaside Park.

Abdulkadir Öksüz, Deputy Mayor of Rize Municipality, joined this activity, which was organized as part of the Smart4Rural Project.
